Return of Goods

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and return the goods within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. We can also accept a return of goods without a standard form, if the information provided by you corresponds to that indicated in the form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return of Defective Goods

If the product you have purchased is defective, does not correspond to the order, or has other shortcomings, please contact us immediately. You have the right to make claims regarding the quality of the goods.

Please inform us of the defect or non-conformity as soon as it is discovered. You can submit quality claims within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect.

We will respond to your request within 15 calendar days. If the product is indeed defective, we will, at your choice, repair or replace it, or reduce the price of the product. If the defect is significant, you have the right to terminate the contract and demand a refund.

Goods accepted for return must be complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Procedure

  1. Please fill out the return form, indicating the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, along with the completed return form and a copy of the purchase receipt.
  3. Send the parcel to us. Please note that the costs of returning non-defective goods are borne by the customer.
